We are constantly looking for ways to improve our systems by finding problems and fixing them, developing new tools, upgrading our existing automations, and creating new ones to replace manual processes. We are looking for a highly motivated technical generalist to help us do this.
You are an operations force multiplier who can partner across fulfillment, customer support, and other operations functions to execute the highest leverage opportunities for solving problems, automating manual processes, and driving continuous improvements. You will determine which opportunities to develop in-house versus which to outsource to our external engineering partners, and you will own these projects end-to-end. Successful operations technical support have a customer-service mindset, provide right-sized solutions, and are biased towards action.
